Juan Klue

Juan grew up on a sheep, beef, deer and pig farm in the Rangitikei. After school he travelled extensively and lived in a few different countries before returning to NZ completing a building apprenticeship and leased land next to his parents farm in Hunterville.

2008 saw a global melt down which encouraged him to head to university and completed his veterinarian degree. He has been working at Totally Vets in the Manawatu since 2014, and is currently a production animal veterinarian dealing with the range of farms from dairy, sheep, beef and deer.  Juan is interested in aspects of farming that improves production and reproduction outcomes, with a focus on these being practical and economical for the range of farm types he works with.
