Karl graduated from Massey University after completing his Diploma dissertation on high input dairy systems and joined Intelact in 1997. Karl’s philosophy is “If you do not measure it, you cannot improve it” and he has extensive experience working with dairy farmers to analyse the financial and physical performance of their farm businesses.

Karl has a proven track record of working with farmers to implement solutions that meet their needs as well as any regulatory requirements. His prior experience means that he has in-depth knowledge of farming systems and knows how to work with farmers to achieve positive outcomes that work for both them and the environment.
