Paul thrives on seeing his clients achieve their business goals over the long term, through practical and down-to-earth strategies tailored to them and their farm. He has a loyal following of clients across the Northland region.

A past New Zealand Institute of Primary Industry Management (NZIPIM) Dairy Rural Professional of the Year, and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors, Paul mixes farm consultancy with a variety of governance roles. One of these is as Chair of the Board of the Intelact group, of which Headlands is a part.

In his spare time when not helping his wife on their drystock farm and avocado orchard, or tending his beehives, Paul can often be found in the bush tramping somewhere in the remote parts of New Zealand.
